We deliver to every district in Bangladesh through third-party couriers. Some remote upazilas take an extra day; if we cannot reach your address at all, checkout will tell you before you pay.

Delivery policy
Where we deliver, how long it takes, and what it costs.
Timing
Working days are Saturday to Thursday. Orders confirmed before 14:00 are dispatched the same day; after that, the next working day. Government holidays and severe weather add a day or two, and we will message you if that happens to your order.
Failed deliveries
Couriers attempt delivery twice. Please keep the phone you ordered with reachable — an unreachable number is the single most common reason a delivery fails.
After two failed attempts the parcel returns to us. Prepaid orders are refunded in full; repeated failures on cash-on-delivery orders may make future COD unavailable on that number.
