Zyvcart
The agreement between you and Zyvcart Footwear.
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it — which for prepaid orders means when payment is verified, and for cash on delivery when we confirm the order.
If an item turns out to be unavailable or mispriced after you order, we will contact you and either correct it with your agreement or cancel and refund in full.
All prices are in Bangladeshi taka and include applicable taxes. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already placed.
We accept bKash, Nagad, cards and bank transfer through SSLCOMMERZ, and cash on delivery where available. An order is treated as paid only once the payment provider confirms it to us directly — not when your browser returns from the gateway.
You may request cancellation any time before dispatch. Once a parcel is with the courier, use the returns process instead.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes fall to the courts of Dhaka.
